Foot Massage

  1. Place the massager at a legs-length distance from your seat.
  2. Extend legs and gently rest your feet in the saddles.
  3. Adjust distance and bar placement to ensure rollers are not massaging the bottom of your feet.

Pro Tip: We recommend wearing socks to improve your overall experience.

Calf Massage

  1. Prop massager to the height of your legs if seated. Lie down or sit in a position where calves can rest comfortably in the sleeves.
  2. Ensure massager is placed away from any ledges prior to use.
  3. Prop handlebar to desired angle. Note: As angle decreases, nodule pressure increases for a more powerful massage.
  4. Power on to begin your session. Adjust and reorient as needed.

If you experience mild soreness and achiness at the end of a long day, we recommend:

  • Using 1 time per day, preferable in the evening
  • Opting for 15 minuate, pre-programmed cycles
  • Massaging about 20-30 minutes per area
  • Selecting a lower intensity

Frequent Use
For those with ongoing tenderness, even when resting, we recommend:

  • Using 2-3 times per day, preferable in the morning and evening
  • Adding a 3rd massage 6-8 hours into the day
  • Massaging about 20-30 minutes per area
  • Gradually increasing the intensity

Daily Use
If you experience chronic achiness and soreness on a regular basis we recommend:
